Business Office Manager
Crystal Castro-Hernandez is the Business Office Manager for Park
View.
Crystal runs the front office collecting payments, assisting with transportation to appointments, completing payroll functions for the facility, and she will occasionally work on the floor as a cna or
cma. She is one of the first individuals that visitors meet when they enter Park View.
Crystal's education includes attending Everest Institute 2010 for Medical Billing and coding certification, Amarillo College 2021 for Medication Aide Certification.
Crystal is wife of Oscar Hernandez, and mother to three children Josiah Mendez, Marissa Blanton, and Thomas Blanton III.
Long time resident of West Texas, Crystal's hobbies include writing, cooking, music, photography, dancing and traveling.
Meet Hope Alvarez
MDS Nurse
Hope Alvarez is the Assistant Director of Nursing and a Licensed Vocational Nurse. Hope provides direct resident care and manages multiple care related systems within the Nursing department.
Hope’s educational background includes graduating from South Plains College in 2009. She has worked for Parkview Nursing Care Center for 8 years.
Hope has been married to her husband Benito for 26 years and has 2 children. She is the mother to Andrew and Mykaela. She has 2 granddaughters named Jynesis and E’talia and a new grandbaby on the way.
When Hope is not working, she enjoys watching movies and spending time with her granddaughters.

Meet Ricky Antillon
Maintenence/Housekeeping Supervisor
Ricky Antillon has been Director of Maintenance and Housekeeping Servies for Park View since 2013. Under his leadership, Park View has maintained a flawless survey history related to required assessments to ensure resident safety within the facility, operation of mechanical equipment, as well as cleanliness of Park View.
Long time resident of West Texas, Ricky is husband to Mary, and father to Gabriel, Malory, Alexis, Azul, Sofia, and RJ. Ricky’s hobbies include music and sports. Ricky is also a member of the Bovina Independent School District Board.
