Long-Term Admission

When you choose long-term care with Park View, you are given dedicated, compassionate care from our expert staff. While maintaining independence, our team works to assist you with every day tasks, while providing the therapies needed to help you maintain a healthy body and mind.

Long-term care residents are provided assistance with personal care, housekeeping, and meal preparation dependent on needs. Park View also offers a schedule of social engagements and activities to foster a sense of community at our facility.

Our goal is to create an environment that feels as comfortable and peaceful as possible. We always welcome visitors for our residents and are willing and eager to meet the individual needs of each person we care for.

Long-term care is available following hospitalization of 72 hours for illness or through a community referral from a family member, doctor, or friend. Timeframe is longer than 30 days.

Short Stay Admission

When you choose short stay care at Park View, our staff will work meticulously with you and your external medical team to create a robust rehabilitation program that will be completed with our in-house therapy services. When your time at Park View comes to an end, our goal is that you will transition back to your home happier, healthier, and stronger.

Our short stay residents are provided assistance with daily tasks and therapies as needed. We also offer a schedule of social engagements and activities to foster a sense of community at our facility.

As you prepare for your transition from Park View, our staff will visit your home to ensure it is accessible and safe as you continue therapy there. If adjustments need to be made, our team will create a plan with you and your loved ones to do so.

Requires hospitalization for a minimum of 72 hours and a need for skilled services. The stay is 30 days or less, and focuses on improving self care ability.

Hospice Admission

Park View offers respite services for community members receiving hospice in their home. There are times that a 5-7 day admission will benefit the family or resident. These times include, but are not limited to: home maintenance, a vacation, or other needs.
